As a firm we are licenced by the ICAEW to carry out Probate Services. As part of its regulatory responsibilities, the ICAEW require firms registered for probate services to carry out and report on employee diversity monitoring within the firm. Sucj firms are also required to confirm to the ICAEW that such a monitoring has taken place.
As a firm we are happy to confirm that we have undertaken a diversity survey within our firm and have submitted the results to the ICAEW. However, given the small nature of our workforce, to pubish the results of that survey on our website would prejeudice employee confidentiality.
